BREAKDOWN:
ACCESS THE LINK:
When you receive the email, simply click on the provided link to access our new approval platform. We will send this to you monthly via email.
SELECT YOUR NAME:
Once you're in, Please select your name to personalize your experience.
VIEW YOUR UPCOMING MONTHLY CALENDAR:
You'll be directed to your calendar where you can view all the posts scheduled for the month.
SWITCH TO "DAY" VIEW:
To view each post in chronological order, Click on "DAY" in top left corner.
REVIEW & APPROVE or REVISE:
For each post, you will see the posting date and time, caption, and custom graphic or custom video.
Underneath this, you'll find the option to either "approve" or "revise".
If you love the post as is, select "Approve".
If it needs tweaking, select "Revise".
PROVIDE EDITS:
Below the approval options, you'll find a "Comments" box where you can give is all your edits and suggestions.
REPEAT & WRAP UP:
Scroll down to the next post & repeat the approval process until you've reviewed all the posts for the month.
While this is a new system of operations, we know that this
process will give you a greater understanding of what your social media
presence will look like from month to month with more possibilities for
feedback or approval. We do ask for a little grace as we all navigate this
